This is a one month course, exploring numerous manners which we touch on when shifting habits to create positive change; specifically around our food choices.

Many people are moving towards a plant-based diet because of the impact animal agriculture is having on the environment and they want to make sustainable choices.

Because they want to avoid the suffering occurring on factory farms and to make kind choices. And because the health benefits eating less meat and dairy and more plants is attributed to.

What ever reason brings you here - whether you are curious to make small changes, ready to make big swaps OR are already plant-based and keen to focus on your health - then this course is for you.

There are videos guiding you through diet changes, recipes to follow, audio to listen to, reading and even some light craft activities to explore all in combined with guided mediation and yoga classes.

Gemma approaches the "rumble" in a wholistic manner that is designed to get you thinking to help you gain clarity and empower yourself to eat in a manner that matches your values.

Gemma is a Naturopath and author who is passionate about educating and empowering others to make food and lifestyle choices that align with their values, specifically how to eat a plant-based diet in a healthy manner.

Gemma has been involved in raising awareness about animal welfare issues for over 15 years and while she has been thriving on a vegan diet for the same amount of time, she also believes we must all draw the line where it feels right for the individual - but to do this with clear awareness is important.

She is a mother and understand how important our food habits are to our families health.

As a longterm yoga practitioner and teacher, she believes in taking our yoga off our mat and into our lives and uses yoga and meditation to help create positive changes.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. Each week during the month you will get access to new videos, audio and notes to help guide you, as well as having access the whole time to mediations, yoga sequences and easy to follow recipes.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

Is this course just for vegans?
No! This course is for anyone considering making small or big shifts in their diet. It is not designed to "turn you vegan". It is designed just to help gain clarity over where to draw the line personally, while also giving you guidance to make what ever changes in a healthy manner. We do explore reducing meat over the month course, and in the last week are encouraged to go completely plant-based - but whether you stick to this or not is a personal choice. What it does give you is the chance to explore how you feel each step of the way, and to have tools to make changes - and reasons perhaps why you may want to!
What if I am a vegan already? Is there any point to the course for me?
This course is also helpful for those already on a plant-based diet as we explore how to continue this way of eating in a healthy manner so you can thrive. No matter what diet we follow, it is always good for us to create time in our lives to focus on how we are eating to make sure we are gifting our bodies and minds the best nutrients possible!
